October 15 – December 19, 2025 Reception Wed, Oct 15, 6–8pm CONTACT Gallery 80 Spadina Ave, Suite 205 World-renowned Canadian-Ukrainian photographer Edward Burtynsky is pleased to present the international premiere of Ukrainian photographer Maxim Dondyuk’s White Series: Meditations on War in partnership with CONTACT Gallery. The exhibition showcases ten hauntingly beautiful photographs and two high resolution murals, all created during the winter months between 2022-2024, on liberated territories of Ukraine that had previously been occupied by Russian forces. Revealed in a palette of harsh whites, chilled greys, and muted browns, the images of Dondyuk’s White Series demand a breathless kind of contemplation, leaving little room to ignore the stark realities of how both our internal and external landscapes respond to what is left behind after war. All About Photo is pleased to present ‘Rural Life in the Hudson Valley’ by Susan Anthony as the winning project of our September 2025 Solo Exhibition. For the past five years, Anthony has been documenting the people and traditions of upstate New York. What began during the pandemic—walking rural roads with her camera and meeting local residents—has grown into an intimate portrait of a community deeply rooted in the Hudson Valley. Her photographs reveal multi-generational families, homeschooling households, and farming communities whose resilience and traditions continue to thrive.
